Linking documents from Website Storage
Steps for linking the document from storage.
- Click on your website storage page.
- Upload the document to one of your items or create a new item and upload the document
- Save
To get the URL for the document
- Click on Edit to go back into the item
- Click on documents on the left side of the screen
- You will now see the name of the document in the center of your page.
- Point your mouse at the name of the file and do a right click to get a pull down menu
- Click on copy, copy link or copy link address
Go to the page you want to link to the document
- Type the words you want to link the PDF to
- Highlight what you just typed
- Click on the chain on the toolbar, Insert Link
- Paste in the URL
- Open in new tab
- Insert
